Eric Garners death isn’t even a case of he said/she said. It’s not “Well, we don’t know what really happened” because we very much do. His death was recorded in HD and posted on YouTube. We KNOW that he was unjustifiably murdered when a police offer used an illegal chokehold to “restrain” him. So there’s literally no excuse as to why the officers responsible aren’t being held accountable.
